Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns for opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds or replacements may be approved if:

  • The wrong product was shipped
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The product quality is significantly affected during shipping

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Refund Process
